Hip, Hip, Hooray! Yoga with Kari

This class is available for both in-person or zoom attendance. All levels welcome. Alignment-based.

This yoga practice focuses on yoga postures that relieve tightness and pain in your hips and hamstring muscles.

This class is also dedicated to strengthening your abdominal muscles and gluteus (buttock) muscles, so that you move with lightness, grace, and ease.

This is a safe practice that encourages self-love, curiosity, playfulness, loving-kindness, and gentleness.
