Spinal Flow Technique is a nervous system based bodywork modality. It blends subtle body healing arts with cutting edge clinical science.
Gentle touch on specific points along the spine and skull communicate with the autonomic nervous system, drawing your awareness inward with a feeling of relaxation and safety. Life Force energy stored along the spine is activated and enhanced while the practitioner tracks a Spinal Wave that is present in each of us. Our Spinal Wave weakens and becomes blocked due to the stresses we endure in life. With assistance of Spinal Flow Technique, this energetic wave moves through the spine, removing blockages, peeling away stored physical, chemical, and emotional stress, and restoring the body and mind to balance and health
Anyone can benefit from Spinal Flow Technique, from freshly born babes, to departing elderly or ill patients, and every chapter in between. There are no known contraindications after more than 20 years of founder, Dr. Carli Axford, and her students practicing this technique. Instead what has been emphasized through years of successful results is that our body seeking balance does not create harm and has the capacity to heal under the right conditions.
Spinal Flow Technique addresses our symptoms and dis-eases at the root cause. It is excellent for pain and skeletal misalignment as well as nervous system disorders. From trauma to skin or gut disease, learning disabilities to depression and anxiety, everyone can benefit.
