Wicked Leg Series: Yoga with Kari

This class is available for both in-person or zoom attendance. All levels welcome. Alignment-based.

Our flowing sequence will build stamina and lower body strength; and hamstring, hip and spine flexibility.

The Wicked Leg Series fuses the energy and movement of yoga with core stabilizing dynamics. We will focus on building strength and endurance in the legs, hips, and core muscles to promote awareness of mind, body, and spirit.

This Wicked Leg series also teaches you to breathe correctly; engage leg, hip and core muscles in all movements and directions; lengthen and balance muscles; increase flexibility; and maintain proper postural alignment when sitting, standing, and walking.
