Hip, Hip, Hooray! Part II: Yoga with Kari

This class is available for both in-person or zoom attendance. All levels welcome. Alignment-based.

This yoga practice continues to focus on yoga postures that relieve tightness and pain in your hips and hamstring muscles. In addition, this additional practice delves deeper into practicing yoga asanas that focus on releasing tight hip rotators. This class can either be a stand alone class or taken in series with the first Hip, Hip, Hooray class.

We practice in a safe way that encourages self-love, curiosity, playfulness, loving-kindness, and gentleness.
