This class is available for both in-person or zoom attendance. All levels welcome.
This yoga practice is dedicated to strengthening the core muscles in your abs, buttocks, and legs, so you can relieve lower back pain.
We will address and resolve structural imbalances in the spine and musculature. In addition, we will be strengthening and lengthening the psoas muscles (deep abdominal muscles) and quadratus lumborum (lower back muscles), so you stand more upright, and feel more confident.
We practice yoga together in way that encourages self-love, curiosity, playfulness, loving-kindness, and gentleness.
