This class is available for both in-person or zoom attendance. All levels welcome.
This yoga class is designed to relieve lower back pain by practicing pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (yoga poses) that release stored pain, anxiety, stress, and tension, so that vital, healing energy – prana – can move freely through the body, promoting self-healing.
When vital energy is flowing freely (not obstructed) and you are more relaxed, you experience positive emotions, revitalized energy, pain relief, and an overall sense of well-being.
We practice in a safe space that encourages self-love, curiosity, playfulness, loving-kindness, and gentleness.
