I am excited to announce that I am offering this year’s Summer Yoga Wilderness Retreat at Love Farm, Beulah, Michigan in beautiful Northern Michigan. If you have participated in this retreat in the past, you know what a beautiful and healing experience this is. If you have never attended this retreat, I am happy to share with you what you can expect. All levels are welcome.

Days:  Saturday – Wednesday
Times:  Daily practice from 8:30 am – 11:30 am & 3 pm – 6 pm  (Eastern Time Zone)

Join us for this transformative 4 1/2 day yoga wilderness yoga retreat. This retreat is designed to accelerate your self-discovery and personal growth and provide you with crucial tools to interpret and understand your experience for a more present and purposeful life.

You will reconnect with nature and find the balance and tranquility you need through the practice of yoga, pranayama, sound therapy (gongs and singing bowls), meditation, art, journaling, and adventure.
