Tired Tabata: Want to workout but don’t actually feel like getting up off the floor? This high intensity interval training uses tabata timing (8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) to strengthen the entire kinetic chain with an emphasis on 360* core, all barefoot, while lying down on our backs or bellies.
