Intro to Yoga Series with Sarah

You don’t have to be “good” at Yoga to practice Yoga! We progressively prepare each student to comfortably and confidently step into almost any Yoga class.  We will cover basic postures, modifications, exercises, and observances often seen in many classes through discussion and practice.  Release anxiety and demystify!  Emphasis on learning to listen to your body and your heart.  Suitable for beginners and those who need adaptations, yet not considered “gentle”.  Each series is 4 consecutive Sundays.  Each series requires at least 4 students to pre-register for launch.  $60 payment is required in advance and is non-refundable.
