Sarah
Level 1-2, Thai Yoga Therapy
I am 200-hr certified, with multiple additional teacher training certifications, and have been teaching and practicing for over 18 years. My classes are pretty much level 1-2 unless otherwise noted, with some experience required. We can take it up or down a notch, depending on the group. I will guide you safely; and help support your practice and well-being. The most important thing is to be mindful of your own body in the present, as well as your own needs and limitations. I also practice Thai Yoga Therapy, a Yoga/energy-based type of body work. Please reach out to me directly for more information. I'm passionate about raising the collective vibration; celebrating life, love, food, the earth, connection, and evolving with others. I am so excited to meet you on the mat, or out in the magical and beautiful natural world around us!

Kelley
DeVine Yogis
Vinyasa Flow, Adaptive Yoga, Inversion Workshops, Ecstatic Dance
I’m Kelley, a YTT500 graduate from a family-run yoga school in Kathmandu, Nepal called Nepal Yoga Home. Thanks to my rigorous training, hours of volunteer teaching, and integration with my caretaking job, I am able to offer a classic Vinyasa Flow, and Adaptive Yoga for those navigating disability. During the summer season, I am grateful to teach outdoors under the trees for the CSA. My teaching approach focuses on balance and self-connection, ensuring you feel safe and centered both on and beyond the mat. It’s also about meeting ourselves where we’re at, having a little fun, and tapping into our personal (and collective!) inner light and joy. I believe in lifelong learning, sincere service, and the power of real community care. Thanks for being here.
